Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 3
Gskill Ripjaws 8GB
Seagate 1T 7200rpm sata
Gigabyte G1 GTX 970

Ahh thank you, if I ever upped my powersully to 750w does it eat more power or only the one being consumed?

Power consumption wise I'd say ~300w. For a PSU I would recommend a good 500-550w unit. The G1 will use about 170w under full load. A system with the 4460(gpu idle) will use ~122w(subtract 10w for the idle gpu).

it wont eat more power.. the rating only shows its max capability

it will adjust the output to how much a computer demands
