[SOLVED] How much backlight bleed is too much?

Hello,
I recently got a new laptop , the hp pavilion 2020 ryzen model (144 hz) which has an IPS display and I was wondering whether the backlight bleed on it is acceptable.
This pic was taken using my phone at 100% brightness in a completely dark environment.

Is the blacklight bleed on it too much?

I have recently purchased a HP ZR24W 24" monitor and in general I am pretty blown away with its performance compared to my TN panelled Samsung 2232BW....

if the bleed is high at low brightness levels then it's something worth returning.
