am i going to notice any difference in term of fps in games for the second build (I want it to be better than the previous one)? Any things that i could change in the system that enable me to get the best out of it? (Better GPU maybe)

Thanks.

It looks like you are reusing parts from your previous build. I wouldn't expect you to see much of an upgrade in performance since you are still using the same graphics card. Some games that are more CPU intense may notice an improvement but I wouldn't expect much.

I can push up to 1500$. Do you recommend a better GPU that is not overpriced. I don't think i will be able to purchase the 1070, it will be out of stock even before i think about purchasing it, and i can't wait so long

Do you recommend any better GPU than the R9 290 tri-x?

For most games an i7 makes very very little difference to an i5. You could get an i5 6600k and use the saved money to improve other things. The 290 is a very decent card so it would not be worth upgrading to a 980 or 390x. If you can't stretch to a 1070 right now then I'd suggesting sticking with the 290 for a little longer until you can afford something significantly better. Perhaps there will be a 480x which will be better than the 290 but cheaper than the 1070 (and not quite as good either). For me personally I like a new card to be twice as fast as the old to make it worth the money so I would stick with the 290, especially if you are playing at 1080p.

Btw the i5 4670k is a great gaming CPU so whether you get a i7 6700 or an i5 6600k for most gaming you will notice very little if any difference. Can't you keep your system, give your 290 to your brother and buy a 1070? :) Though don't get the founders edition stuff.

it is a gr8 gpu your budget is 1500 but it is cheaper then that the best u can do to buy that gpu is to buy when 10th may starts at 12:00am
