Planning to buy 750 GTX Ti how big will bottleneck be?

No.

It is hard to tell, it really depends on the game. Single player games should be fine, multiplayer is when you'd start to notice the bottleneck.

I prefer ASUS or Gigabyte myself. It really doesn't matter to much, you can generally overclock them all the same unless you're one of those crazy people who want to increase voltages and have it explode.
