How much can I get for this?

I'm upgrading almost all my computer parts only keeping the Case, storage devices, and PSU. So I'm going to sell 2 GTX 970s which I think I'm going to aim for around 140$ each, an ASUS Maximus 7 Hero, I don't know how much it's worth, an I7-4770, also don't know, a hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler, I'd probably sell it with the CPU, and 2 sticks of 8gb DRR3 Corsair Vengeance, also don't know how much to sell for. Would it be better to sell the motherboard, ram, cpu, and cooler seperately or part them out?

GTX970 will run up to 100-200 on eBay... each
ASUS Maximus 7 Hero anywhere from 150-300$
I7-4770 , well one can get a I7-4790K for 279 new, so looking at eBay looks like between 190-280$
8GB DDR3 (2x4GB) run about 40-50$ depending on speed of them

probably get most money parting it out.
