I WANT TO KNOW WHAT CAN I DO TO PUSH IT MAYBE TO 4.5 OR 4.3

Solution

At 4.0G, 38-46C seems incredibly cool CPU temperature. You must have the best golden sample CPU ever, possibly allowing for an unreal low Vcore setting.

How do you test for stability? Test with Prime95, small FFT, all 6 cores/12 threads then see how temperature is holding up about an hour into the test.

Unless cooling with a sub-ambient setup,1st gen Ryzen generally tops out at 4.2G. And even then only stable enough to complete a couple turns of the Cinebench 15 crank. Most people get no better than 3.9G out of 1600's and 1700's so I'd have to say getting 4.0...

4ghz is quite good but what voltage are you running it at? For a custom loop you should be able to go up to 1.45V.

Some of the very best (silicon lottery) I've seen for the 1600X is 4.2 so I really wouldn't expect anything higher without damaging the CPU.
