how much can voltage change

i have an asus a7n8x deluxe and the voltages are moving up and down .02 will that cause a lock up in my machine. i have a brand new antec tru-power 430 that i just bought to replace an antec tru-power 330 the machine locked up on both only common thing is motherboard

a rep at local computer store said change of .02 or more frequently could cause my machine to lock up? dunno if its true... but i have been fighting this for about a month

Nope, .02 won't do it. .2 would! Anything less than .05 on the CPU probably won't.

im runnin asus probe and the 5 volt rail is changing by about .2 prob every three to five min... all other voltages are fine do you think it is a prob?
