[SOLVED] How much cpu should Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation take while gaming

Hi now whenever i game Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation takes about 10% of my cpu. and with a 6th gen I5 and discord running i can not play anything or talk with freinds. Which I need to be able to do. So is it running at that much cpu usage normal or can i fix it?

Can you please try the solutions given here and see if any of them helps?

Apparently disabling "Hey, Cortana" solves the problem.
