• One front USB 2.0 port is broken.
• Plastic side panel window got hazy marks on it.

Built on my birthday 7/17/2020. I spent about 4k on the dot when i built it two years ago.

I'd guess around 1,500USD~2,000USD for that build, provided you're referring to 4000USD as your build price when you built the system.

One front USB 2.0 port is broken.
That might be an easy fix or a bothersome problem. The latter will mean more clams(money) docked off the selling amount.

Plastic side panel window got hazy marks on it.
You could use this to deal with a scratched acrylic side panel. Though you might want to take some amount off the build's selling price if you can't get the case looking well maintained.
