How much does a 2 hour skype call use in terms of internet?

Hi i have 50 gigs of data and i want to make a 2 hour Skype cal,l 3 times a week. My data resets every month how long will it last at that rate?
note i am not video webcam calling just mic and will have 4 people in the call.
(Would it make any difference i i was hosting the call).

I think you're looking at around 40 to 50MB per hour for a video call, but Skype will use more data up if it detects a faster connection, or less if it's a slow connection.

If you want to know for certain then Skype can show you how much bandwidth it's using during a call. Here is the guide showing you how to access that information.

You can at least get a decent estimate on how much bandwidth they use by taking your own usage per hour. If they're using something like video conference calling though then your usage will be a fraction of theirs, so just bare that in mind when building the overall picture of total usage for the household.

Without knowing what the other users are taking in terms of bandwidth, I honestly cannot say whether 50GB will be enough, but I'd be surprised if all of that was used on Skype for non-video calls.
