Question How much fps am I supposed to get on an OC 1050Ti

I've been using my gpu for about a year and it's always been like this, I never get an average of more than 40fps on games at 1080P, and there is no bottle necking since my cpu is much better than my gpu, I play games on medium graphics, should my fps be like this
specs :
gpu : zotac 1050Ti OC
cpu : intel core I7 3770
motherboard : ASRock p65 Icafe
ram : 8gb ddr3
