You should be able to run the game with higher graphics settings than that with no frame drops. I noticed that you have your Intel HD Graphics still on and working, so maybe CS:GO is running off that graphics card instead of the GTX? Go into the Nvidia Control Panel, and make sure your settings look like this: http://i.imgur.com/ubHdvYI.png.
