How much FPS?

I have built a Gaming Custom Gaming PC, my budget was around $800 with OS and Monitor. I'm wondering if this PC can run Minecraft around 150fps. I would like some recommendations to this build. I would also appreciate it if you could tell me which build is better, A or B.

Minecraft doesn't need high end stuffs, so yes it can handle Minecraft easily and also your build is fine
