Richland 32nm Technology
RAM
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 720MHz (9-9-10-24)
Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. F2A85XM-HD3 (P0) 23 °C
Graphics
2048MB ATI AMD Radeon R9 270 (MSI GAMING) 33 °C
Storage
149GB Seagate ST316031 6CS SATA Disk Device (SATA) 21 °C
1863GB Seagate Backup+ BL USB Device (USB (SATA)) 24 °C
Optical Drives
HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH24NS95 SATA CdRom Device
Audio
Realtek High Definition Audio
Screen

And the appropriate 80 bronze PSU for it

I can throw in a keyboard if needed.

Solution

Unfortunately, not likely to be close.

As a general rule, you're extremely lucky to get 40% of what you spent on it back - that also depends how long ago you built it. If you put it together when it was brand new tech (at the highest possible price for each component), then you're not going to see close to a 40% return.

Ultimately, it's worth whatever somebody is willing to pay for it (only talking the rig itself here).

A lot of those components are no longer stocked (after Black Friday/Cyber Monday i would imagine).

You could likely part it out for more than you could sell it for whole.

As some examples:
(I'm trying to convert Canadian prices to US, so I may be a little bit off)

The R9 270 could potentially fetch $80-$100
Not sure if that's meant to be 1.5GB HDD or truly is 149GB. Either way, HDDs aren't really worth anything second-hand as they're so cheap new - maybe $20 or so for the 2TB.
Motherboard, $30 to $40 maybe
Used PSUs are pretty much worthless - unless it's a top, top PSU (which I'm assuming it's not or you would've listed details).
RAM, maybe $40
Optical drive, maybe $25
The APU is still $160 new, you should be able to see $100 back out of it, but it's an older socket which will make it harder.
The OS, unless it's a retail copy (I don't know about Enterprise) will be tied to the board and pretty worthless. If it's retail, you'd probably get another $50-$75

If I was to attempt to put a dollar amount on the whole rig, I'd probably (personally) list it for $600, knowing I'd be talked down on it, and take the first $400+ offer.

Monitors tend to hold value (unless it's obsolete tech). You could likely fetch $100-$120 for it.

Hope this helps.
