Not a collectors item just yet, even in original packaging.

even if it was a collectors item there is too much wear and tear on it (from what i can see in the pictures) to be worth anything

You do know that the “AGS-xxx” number makes a big difference also.

Yes, and the AGS-003 is just the battery, it means nothing in regards to whether its a 001 or 101.
Both of which are in that completed ebay listing page, and by the looks of it, has no impact on price. Because its not a collectors item.
