gtx 1070 g1
550 w psu
16 gb ram 2133mhz ddr
CoolerMaster K350 case
the case has only 1 fan do i need to buy another one?

Yeah, minimally you want at least one case fan as an intake (generally up front), one as an exhaust (probably the one that comes with the case, in the back). If you live in a dusty area, having positive case pressure (intaking more air than you're exhausting) will help keep the inside of the case clean.
