MT/s is correct. MHz is wrong. DDR5 4800 (MT/s) runs at 2400Mhz. Double Data Rate.

As you can see officially 13th gen supports up to DDR5 5600. Anything over that would be considered an overclock.

As to how far you can go, 6000 is certainly possible. 6400 maybe. 7600 being about the fastest available, your results may vary. It might work, it might not. But a 7600 or 7200 or 7000 kit is capable of running at lower speeds. You could tune for latency, or any number of things when overclocking at that level.
