How much performance would i gain if i crossfire two 7750 cards ?

It depends on the game but never near double performance, better sell the old and get a new GPU.

Your biggest problem will be the 1 gb of memory newer games require more.

From someone running 2 7770s in Crossfire, I'll agree with what StarBG and Pfunkmd are saying. Performance will increase over the one card, but if you run games at high resolution or use large textures, you will run out of video memory. In Crossfire mode, memory is not doubled, so you will still have only 1 GB of video RAM available to use.
