My Setup is
MotherBoard - Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
Cpu- Vishera 8-core FX-8350 Black Edition
Ram- G.SKILL Trident X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 1866
GPU- Sapphire Radeon R9 270
3 hard drives(320GB,500GB,1TB)
CD/DVD Drive
10 case fans(2-3 of which will have lights)
and one CPU Heatsink fan.

My price range is about $100 going over by maybe 20 or so wouldn't hurt, but somewhere around there is good. I'm looking for a quiet PSU keeps cool.

well i was just going to fill in all the spots on my case where the fans can go. I was looking at the Rosewill Blackhawk, is there a better case i could get that would accommodate less fans, be more quiet, but not sacrifice airflow? I only liked that case because it had the fan behind the cpu, the hot swap bay on top, and personally i like having a fan on the side in front of the gpu and cpu.

EDIT: Also the Vishera 8-core tends to get pretty hot.

while side panel fans, and filling up the case with fans will make it cool, for a 8-core CPU and a r9 270, 2 intake and 2 exhaust is more than enough.
the nzxt s340 is a really nice case for 60ish bucks, and its better looking, mid-tower (so its not huge), and nice air-flow (since there are no drive. cages at the front).

I only thought to go with more fans because even now i have 5 case fans and my computer still gets really hot.
