how much power supplier watt is good for this graphic card

i'm thinking about buying this graphic card Gigabyte gtx 760 and it needs 500 watts to run i asked my friend about which power supplier to buy and he told me 750 watt is good
please anyone tell how to know if it's enough for PC or not ?
