How much Ram for multitasking with dual monitors

I recently ordered a second acer k242hql and i was wondering if i would be able to have games and firefox up with only 8gb ram.

R5 1600
RX 480
8gb Ram

Depends on the game, how many tabs open, etc but 8gn is kind of the min now. I'd say 16 is going to be the new min standard very soon

I literally only play overwatch and a coupke of other not very demanding games and just watch youtube and twitch

A second monitor isn't going to change ram usage when you still have the same things open. So just check your ram usage now.
