How much static pressure is needed for intake through dust filter?

I am looking for intake fans for my Thermaltake v31 case, which will pull through the front air filter. Right now I'm comparing the Cryorig XF140, Cryorig QF120 Balance, and the be quiet! Pure Wings 2.

Right now I'm thinking that I will take the intake fan included with the case and set it to output through the top (on a side note, does anyone know the specs for the included fans? They are labelled tt 1225, but I can't find them anywhere), which should give me positive pressure.

To create positive air pressure, more air should get IN the case than OUT so this means more intake fans than out. I myself use 2x140mm as intakes and 1x140mm as exhaust. This also eliminates dust. If you have more exhaust fans that intakes, this creates negative air pressure which means because there isn't enough air getting in, those exhaust fans will start pulling air from everywhere they can including little holes on the case and other places which means dust is gonna get in your case because it doesn't pass through a dust filter. Out of those fans you've chosen, the Pure Wings too are by far the better. They even got the best case fan at the European Hardware Awards a couple of weeks ago. I myself prefer Noctua fans, I use 3x140mm Noctua NF-A14 PWM, but that's a lot of money spend on fans.
