How much wattage is enough for my build? Is Sentey a good brand?

Good selection of parts for a decent gamer... I like it... Those parts together will require a minimum of a 400 watts PSU, but i never recommend persons to get the exact power requirements for their system. So with that being said, I recommend that you go for at least a 500 watts power supply which will ensure that your system is always fine and supplied properly with required power.
As for the brand of Power supply, I always encourage my my clients to go for:
Corsair
Rosewill
Cooler master
or
Thermaltake

Just get the Corsair CX Series 500 Watt ATX/EPS Modular 80 PLUS Bronze ATX12V/EPS12V 456 Power Supply...
I would also like to know, would any of you recommend some high quality, complete free versions of screen recording software that I can use for YouTube? Some of my YouTube friends recommended OBS, D3DGear, and also AMD's newest Game DVR for my new GPU.

Not something I do really but I hear CamStudio is pretty good too. AMD now owns Raptr which is free software you can use with the R9 270 but I think you can only upload to Twitch. Seeing as they're all free just try them out, you might like features other people don't and vice-versa; it's a personal taste thing I guess!

Haha! Good to know. I'll be sure to keep that in mind! Feel free to post any questions you might have when your parts arrive. There are loads of great guides to building a PC from scratch including videos that you can just follow along as you go (bit like a cooking show!!)
