How much wattage is enough for my build? Is Sentey a good brand?

I am wondering how much wattage in a PSU is good enough for my gaming rig.

I would also like to know if Sentey is a good company to purchase PSUs from.

I would also like to know, would any of you recommend some high quality, complete free versions of screen recording software that I can use for YouTube? Some of my YouTube friends recommended OBS, D3DGear, and also AMD's newest Game DVR for my new GPU.

Not something I do really but I hear CamStudio is pretty good too. AMD now owns Raptr which is free software you can use with the R9 270 but I think you can only upload to Twitch. Seeing as they're all free just try them out, you might like features other people don't and vice-versa; it's a personal taste thing I guess!

I am probably going to order the PC components in 1 or 2 weeks (towards the end of summer) so I am currently on a laptop.
