How much watts do I need?

Here's my build:
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z97X-GAMING 3
CPU: Intel Core i5 4590
GPU: Radeon R7 260x
RAM: Corsair Vengance 16gb (2x8)
SSD: Kingston HyperX 3K 120 GB
HD: WD Blue 1 TB
CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 EVO

Also, any rec and/or opinion about this build would be much appreciated.

600 watts is good for your set up. It leaves some head room.
