- gtx 1060 3GB
- Ryzen 3 1300x
- ASRock A320M-HDV
- 2x4GB DDR4-2666mHz memory
- WesternDigital 1TB 7200rpm hard drive
- cheap disk burner
- cheap card reader (CompactFlash, SD, and this kind of cards)
- logitech gaming mice (RGB disabled)
- headphones + microphone included
- another normal mouse

Of curse I'm going to buy a PSU with like 100W more than the necessary

For your system, i suggest getting any Seasonic unit, in 500W range for bigger headroom for OC. E.g: S12II-520, M12II-520 EVO, G-550 or Focus+ 550,

A good 450W should give you that 100W space you want at peak load.
Also depends on future expandability of course.
