That CPU is $340 used on amazon.
A gtx690 can be had on ebay with warranty left for $400.
You can get NEW 32gb kit of RAM for $280.
A used Corsair H100i goes for like $65
You can get a new blue-ray drive for like $40.
That motherboard is BIN on ebay for $220.

This gives you an idea of how badly everything depreciates.

You will make WAY more money selling everything separately.
