I guess a gaming computer if you really want to call it that..

Anyway, I want to build a computer that can run Runescape 3 at the highest settings with an average of 50+ fps at all times, even at the grand exchange . For those of you that know runescape as a game with shitty graphics, believe it or not, it's changed a lot and demands much more computer power than, say, in 2007. I also want to run League of Legends at 60 fps+ during all stages in the game, including heavy teamfights.

Lastly, I would like to run games like Assasins creed: black flag, at a decent framerate, at maybe medium settings. Nothing too demanding I hope. I'm not into games like Titanfall at max settings or anything like that.

My budget is around 600+ max? Is this doable? Thanks in advance.

Having personally played runescape for 10 years, I can tell you that a solid 50Fps is near impossible.
The game is VERY poorly optimized, and the best way to increase your framerate is with a fast CPU.

I picked a build based on the 4670k, with a cooler to be overclocked too. (This will cover any games you throw at it CPU wise, Runescape and LoL especially)

And the recently release GTX 750 Ti, mainly because it will handle those games easily with power consumption low enough to practically ignore your Power Supply.

I did not include anything else, the RAM you should probably upgrade in the future too but it's not entirely crucial at the moment. Everything else you have can be re-used so I did not include.

Is my mother board reusable? How important is the case?

Yes, you may reuse that motherboard if you wish, but you're going to have to pair it up with i7-870 http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=I7_870&c=CJ in order to close the gap between an older Intel processor to the FX-6300. The i7-870 is compatible according to http://www.gigabyte.us/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=3310 I don't think you will want to reuse the board after seeing the price lol
2. The case is meant to keep your components in a safe environment and aesthetic, not necessary air flow or temperature. I'm running my PC right now on a canvas that I bought from a crafting store. It works and low temperature with my 212 Evo.
