how removal write protection and restore system folder in micro-sd hc class 4 ?

hi everybody !

please help me because my Micro-SD-HC card 8gb Class 4 has a write protection. and i can't remove the folders and i can't format.
this sd card come on of a smartphone HTC Legend, if you can understand the problem ?

i don't have a solution and i need you for find this solution.

i tried
- i used cmd command for formated but no result
- i used softwares for format sd card but no result
- i changed the autorisation in regedit command but no result
- i talked with her but no result. i just kidding or not
- i launched a boot-cd but no result

please, i going crazy with this problem. i not understand what happend. help me please.
