I am currently hosting a Minecraft server on a computer running Ubuntu that is on my home network, and I have a few questions about port forwarding.
  1. Are the other devices on my network in any danger as a result of the port forwarding that is required to host the Minecraft server?
  2. Is there anyway I can make port forwarding to a Ubuntu computer any safer?

Thanks
