Question How should I configure my fans?

So I have all the parts for my build in the P360x case. The only problem is that all 5 of my fans are 120mm, including the radiator fans for my AIO. The case comes with 2 fan mounts on the front and top, and one in the back. How should I set up my fans? If I were to use all of them (2x 120mm intake, 3x 120mm exhaust) would I be able to turn down the rpm of the exhaust fans to avoid negative airflow?

You are going to connect front radiator mounted fans to CPU_FAN header most probably so rear/top fans can be connected to CHA_FAN header(s) and they can be controlled separately anyway.
