How should i get a generic bluetooth adapter for HP 635

i'd like to know how i can fix the problem of generic bluetooth adapter ,network controller and unknown device for the laptop HP 635 for the first use

Well I would update the drivers for those devices from the manufacture's website as that would be a good place to start. A two second google search and you would have been here http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/ProductList.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=321957&prodSeriesId=5086719&taskId=135 already downloading them.
