So I built my pc a long time ago and I've only done some small upgrades like GTX 660 to RX570. Now with all the time in my hands and the money saved up from covid, I started to really think about upgrading more things. I'm just not sure where should I start if I wanted to upgrade my MOBO and CPU. I would love some recommendations and preferably a mobo that supports the RX570 and future upgrades. I don't really need a new GPU yet but some suggestions on that would be nice too. I have a budget of around 500-800$.

Specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4670 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3400 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
MOBO: MSI Z87-G43 (MS-7816)
GPU: Radeon RX 570
PSU: CX 750
RAM: G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3-1866MHz CL9-10-9 1.50V 8GB (2x4GB)

Upgrading Motherboard and PCU will require new ram as well and then you need to consider a new PSU as well due to age... Need a new case too? <grin>

Anyways, you could fit all 3 within your budget. Are you an AMD hater ?
I was thinking an R5-3600 6 core cpu ($175), a B450 board like the MSI B450 pro ($100), 16GB ram Like Gskill Ripjaw V3600 ($83), Cpu Cooler like Artic eSports Duo ($50) ...
