Hi, I will be applying Arctic Silver 5 on my CPU, so I was wondering on what would be the best method to remove the existing thermal paste on my CPU.
The methods:
1) applying the removal liquid on the thermal paste and letting it saturate, and then using a lint-free cloth to remove it or;
2) applying the remover on the lint-free cloth first and then just rubbing it against the thermal paste right away.
May seem like a simple question, but I just want to be sure.
