how should I set up my ssd's

I have two 256gb ssd drives and one 1tb drive. I was wondering if I should raid 0 both ssd drive and use it for os and some games and use the 1tb hdd for the rest of games/movies/songs...etc or should I not raid 0 it? Also if I did raid 0 it would having it filled up affect my boot up times?

Don't RAID them. You'll gain no performance increase.

Just use them as two discrete drives. Install some stuff on one, some stuff on the other. And other stuff on the HDD.
