how to access configure switchable graphics in catlyst control center

the configure switchable graphics is missing from my computer
I uninstalled the amd driver and re instal it but when right click
on my desktop I have only
amd catalyst control center
there is no configure switchable graphics option why ?

I have windows 8.1 64 bit
amd radeon hd 6770 1gb
16 giga ram
i5 3570k cpu

and latest 14.12 catalyst omega software driver
