how to access home wifi anywhere outside the home ????????????????????????

hi guys , i was thinking if i can use my home wifi when i am outside my home . i can connect to internet when i am at home . but when i am outside o my house suppose at tution i could'nt get internet access . is there any way by which i can connect to my home wifi when i am at somewhere else . please help me . the best answer will be appreciated .................

wifi is a radio signal that low power in the 2.4 and 5g band. in real life a few hundred feet with a stock wifi router is all there good for. there have been people that with some parts have made pint to point wifi go as far as 26 miles. you can google long range wifi competition to see how they did it. in the real world your better off if you have comcast to find there free wifi hotspot and log into it or find a store with free wifi.

Lets go back to saying you can't do it.

You need to go look at what he posted. You can use directional antenna to extend the range but it still requires clear line of sight. So first you must carry around a large antenna and then you must find a way to mount it so it can see a similar antenna at your house. If there are big trees or hills around you would have to put up towers so technically it can be done but not if you mean from random locations.

i want the connection to use within my city area . if i could create a server and then log in into my account the assign my static ip provided by my isp the n . is there any other way to do that ??????????????

if your inside a city then comcast has free hotspots. all you need is a laptop to log into a home server. if not there hotspot a lot of isp in big citys have hotspots. if not a hotspot you can use cell phone or moblie hot spots to log into the internet. hotspots are free..cell and hotspots need data plans.

cable broadband connection is a type ao fbroadband connection povided by an isp ( PMPL ) through an cat5 cable to your home and then its is plugged into your router for browsing . they have there own webpage where we have to log in to use the internet .
