How to add more dedicated video ram.

So I've got a Windows 8.1 PC and I have for about 2 years. I've got a PS4 and an Xbox360, both with GTA V, but now I want to get it for my PC. I went onto this website (http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri/requirements/grand-theft-auto-v/) to see If I fit the requirements, and I did for all, except one: Dedicated Video RAM. My PC specs are as follows: Installed RAM: 8.00GB (7.20 GB usable)
Processor: AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3.20 GHz
System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
OS: Windows 8.1

The website says:
My sound card is ok
Minimum of 65GB (I have 2TB)
My OS is ok.
Minimum of 4GB RAM (I have 7)
My CPU speed is ok.
My CPU is ok.
Video card:
Pixel shader version needs 4.0, I have 5.0 (ok)
Vertex shader version needs 4.0, I have 5.0 (ok)
Dedicated video ram, required 1GB, I have 749.5MB (not ok)

Help?

the only way would be to add a discrete GPU. i would look at videos on youtube of gameplay using your processor (APU) to see if the experience will be worth while. my personal opinion is that it will not when compared to PS4.
