How to add window XP and h p to ubuntu ad keep ubuntu

Your question is not clear. What is installed right now, Ubuntu or XP?

If XP in installed, and you have enough free drive space, it is simple to install Ubuntu as dual boot.

its a hp but a guy repaird it took out what came with it an put ubuntu in i want to keep the ubuntu but put the rest back in

No, you cannot add XP after Ubuntu is installed. You will need to reinstall XP, then install Ubuntu.
