how to adjust volume on VE247 monitor

Volume is at 0. Can't adjust. Pushing up button on monitor, but nothing happens. Can't get to volume through menu either. Thanks.

Would assume that you press the button for volume adjustment and then press the up/down buttons to adjust it. If you can't access that function, make sure the audio cables are properly connected and that any drivers/software it came with are up to date. Might also want to check the system volume on your computer itself to make sure it wasn't turned to mute.
