How to allocate these drives?

This should be an easy one...I know I don't want either to me an MBR. I've gone from Dynamic to Basic on each. I just want each drive to be standard like C and D are. I made both Basic and restarted and they are still coming up as unallocated. I'm running 8.1, if that helps.

On that big white space, Right click.
What options does it give you?
"New Simple Volume", maybe?

Do that.
