When you say 'infringing on my private account', do you mean being billed for their data usage? If so, someone has to pay for the data.

If all you mean is that they can't see your computers, then most routers have options to enable a guest hotspot.

As Someone Somewhere said above, you can enable "Guest access" on your router so that other people can access the Internet wirelessly from whatever their wireless device is (phone, laptop, tablet, etc.). Some, if not all, routers allow you to setup a password for that guest account also, which is a good idea to use. Just make it a different password that what your regular wifi password is.
