You will need some program or app that monitors the progress/status of a streaming app.

And be able to identify such a stoppage no matter what the reason; hardware, software, internet, etc..

Then go through the necessary end user actions to initiate the reload.

Generically:

Google "streaming video downloaders". Or other similar word and phrasing. Narrow the search criteria as you learn and deem applicable.
