[SOLVED] How to avoid “Click Here To Install” will damage your computer. You should eject the disk image." when downloading software off Torrent

I recently updated my mac to Catalina but my Microsft Word stopped working as soon as I did. So I downloaded it again off Utorrent but when I try and install it, I keep getting this message:

'“Click Here To Install” will damage your computer. You should eject the disk image.
This file was downloaded on an unknown date.
Report malware to Apple to protect other users'

I know Catalina has upped their security... But is there any way of getting round this?

Having the same problem when trying to download Adobe premiere
