How can I save a copy of crash logs to usb on Windows 10?

Background:
I had a blue screen, then some hard resets. I want to test if it's the graphics card . (I've run memtest 86, pass. PSU should be ok: Corsair RM850x Gold 850W Power Supply (aug 2019).
To swap in a comparable GPU I'll need to reinstall Windows and don't want to lose the logs.

Question regarding "To swap in a comparable GPU I'll need to reinstall windows" - reference?

Reinstalling Windows should not be necessary.....

What is that "comparable" GPU?

I would expect that only the drivers for that comparable GPU would need to be installed.

Not Windows per se.

What specific "crash logs"?

Thanks. Swapping out an rtx 3090, swapping in an rx 6800 xt.
Any log that might be useful in demonstrating the cause - thinking I might be making a warranty claim. (I unfortunately have only just set windows to Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - so the 32 GB? dump from the initial blue screen maybe isn't helpful, but wanting to save in case.)
My thought was that a fresh install of windows would eliminate various possible other causes.
