How to backup and restore Windows 10 only without losing data?

I have a 500GB HDD divided into 3 partitions: The main one currently doesn't have an OS, the secondary one has Windows 10 64bits and the third one has Windows 7 64.

I want to carry(backup and then restore) the Windows 10 from the secondary partition over to the main one but without losing all the data on the main partition(movies, games, programs, etc.).

How do I do that if possible?

You can't merge the data from two partitions into one.

You could try making backups of the OSes and then restore one, maybe.

But putting win 10 over win 7, not gonna happen.

Copy the stuff from your 'data' partition into the Win 10 partition.
Delete the data partition, and use that freed space to increase the Win 10 partition.
