No matter what you say to Miller, you'll be landed with looking into the bombing incident rather than Dubai, so might as well not fight it. It's a quick mission here anyway for now, so let's get down to it.
Step 1)Travel to Ruzicka
Trains are shut down for travel to the district the bombing took place in, but apparently Miller can get you a personal train with one phone call. Turns out that phone call is to his IT department to hack into the public transit system and send you a train, but it still counts I think. Head to the station and select the Ruzicka district to travel to.
Step 2)Speak to Smiley.
This guy seems a bit twitchy, but he's the techie forensics guy who the local police kicked out of the crime scene, and from the sounds of it not too nicely. He'll ask you to 'Jenson' your way in there to get the evidence he needs to get a big break on the case.
Step 3)Retrieve the evidence.
You have a number of options here for how to proceed, if you head straight up the stairs you'll be confronted by a guard who doesn't seem to be too happy to see you and won't let you past. If you feel like going in guns blazing, then he seems to be an ideal first target for that method. Keep in mind that one of the guards in this area is in an exo suit though, so it may be a tough firefight the further in you get. If you'd prefer to utilize stealth here you can slip into the room to the left of this guy and move a crate at the top of the shelf to reveal a grate you can sneak through. It will bring you out behind that guard, but with two more guards talking right in front of you. Wait for them to finish chatting and you should be able to sneak out and around them to the left to get past if you time it properly. From here, head down the stairs and slowly make your way to the evidence room, avoiding being spotted along the way. Take your time, learn the guards patrols, and take out only who you need to.
Once you are in the evidence room, the item you are looking for is sitting right on the table for you, grab it and get back out of here. If you have the rebreather and the arm augment for moving heavy items you can slip back out through a gas filled grate just to the left of the tourist office where the evidence is located at, but if you don't you'll have to very carefully head out back the way you came, which means sneaking past the guard in the exo suit again.

Once you're out of the Ruzicka district, head back to your headquarters to meet up with Smiley in the forensic office to give him the DSD.
Now that he has the evidence he needs he'll reveal he knows... Well, nothing. It's going to take some time to analyze things, but you'll be given a new quest once this is turned in.
