how to block folder sharing in win 10

i shared a folder with my other user of my pc, now i ve forgotten that which folder did i share, plz inform me that how can i block all kind of sharing with a single step.
there is an option of block unauthorized folder access in windows defender security center, if i enable it ll steam games or and a steam software ll ve full freedom to work as b4 or there ll be a problem, and unauthorized folder changes stands for what? does it mean an anti hacking procedure of win defender or software should be authorized by microsoft ( like signed drivers ) b4 running on my pc?

You don't need to block everything, you should be able to simply remove the "share" instructions of a drive.

Right click on the Windows icon (start menu) and select computer management.
System Tools>Shared Folders>Shares

That'll give you a list of all "shared" folders. Right click any folder and select "Stop Sharing".

there r cs and ipcs named folders, cs is set to default share and ipc is set to remote ipc...does this show the complete privacy i mean no sharing?
