First of all, you have to make sure that your USB drive is bootble. Please see the below link as a reference:

Make sure the Legacy USB is enable inside the BIOS.

i have hiren on my flashdisk and run well on other motherboard

i try to disable HDD on bios
and it work
but if HDD on enable its not working
always run from HDD
even frist boot priority Removeable media
and no 2nd boot and 3rd

it will work if i disable HDD detect
