how to build cheap pc and leave 24/7

Hey guys im ordering parts for my original pc which cost 1500 so im uncomfortable leave the gaming one 24/7 hower im starting community where i need to run team speak dedicated game server for cheap as possbile i already have a old laptop if i can make use of that

Yep i know i wont overclock until i get new cooler i will be stuck with the cooler master 212 evo cause i want ssd so i wont over clock until i get corsair h105

get an h110 or h110i

or get a nepton 280l if you don't care about noise
