How to Burnin Test the new rig?

I built a new rig and before moving my files and work to the new system, i want to be sure that there isnt any defective hardware.

I know memtest for rams. And i heard Furmark for Graphics cards(tough i dont know if its safe to use it for long time , i remember some graphics card over heat and burn).

How can i do a burn in test and be sure?

if it boots , runs , and the temps are good its not defective

This is simply not true. There is a reason that burnin tests exists .
